Ernest initially entered the industry over 20 years ago, when he took the reins of his family business – a cab company which still goes by the name Drive-A-Way Malta. As time went by, Ernest began developing a network among some of the world’s most popular celebrities. Due to his impeccable service, Ernest quickly found himself at the centre of a whole new business altogether. Building up a reputation based on quality and consistency, Ernest grew his own brand, becoming Malta’s market leader in the catering of VIPs and celebrities visiting the island.
